Your personal dashboard shows you exactly what your investment is yielding – both financially and for the planet.
BEING HONEST ABOUT RISKS
Investing involves risks. That is why each project has a clear brochure and bond terms and conditions that clearly explain these risks. No small print, no surprises afterwards.
Clarity regarding regulations
Corekees offers bonds. As we are covered by legal exemptions, no AFM licence or prospectus is required. However, we do submit an official notification to the AFM for each project.
Complete insight into costs
For each investment, we show where every euro goes. This applies to project costs and to the Corekees platform fee.
Open statistics
We share financial and impact figures, such as returns, repayments, nature restoration and CO₂ absorption. Both per project and at platform level.
Regular updates
We will keep you informed of the progress of your investment via your dashboard and quarterly updates. This applies to good news as well as setbacks.
Even when things go wrong
If a project encounters difficulties, loans are structured with collateral and/or a transfer to a trust office. Even if Corekees were to cease trading, your investment would continue.
